January 17, 2012: Hello

Well hello family. What a great picture of Britton hahaha I couldnt stop laughing. He is such a baller with his little backpack! Crazy he is going to preschool WHAT the world.. and little Brynlee couldnt be cuter I love those other pictures too! so good to see pictures! and Boston is sweet he is a great model. haha great stuff. Well Things are great here in the mission my comp leaves next week so that will be weird. These past two changes have gone really fast but they were great! We didnt have the success that I thought we would have or that I wanted to have but I feel like he will be going home more happy with his mission. and hopefully things that he learned from me! Im thankful for him as well. I learned great things from him as well! It was hard at times but we pulled through. We have baptisms this weekend so hopefully they come through so Elder Jimenez can end with baptisms! Im excited for that! Well yesterday for pday we went to the beach!! Not sure why but it made me really homesick! haha Thinkin of catchin family waves and just being at the beach with my fam! haha It was sad I almost shed a tear but It was cool to see the water.. hint SEE because we do enter as missionaries. hah But we played some american football so that was fun! I splash some water on my face.. that was nice.. it was nice to taste the pacific ocean again. haha and lets not forget.. YES i did get burnt! haha what can I say.. im white... some members called me a lobster and shrimp last night because I was so red haha But it was funny. Get well Grandma Moon hope all went well! January 10, 2012: Familia

Well Hello..

Welp still here in Guatemala loving life as a missionary. Things seem to be getting better here in this area. We will be having a couple baptisms here soon and I cannot wait. Its been TOO long for me.. haha But it will be good for Elder Jimenez to end with these baptisms. Either way he doesnt really care but I care. So sure hope they come through. Gotta love my comp though great kid. Home is so close he can taste it.. haha. Sunday everyone got their Liahonas and I took one of the members and flipped it open to a segment by Craig Merrill haha that was cool because I know him! I didnt know he could write in spanish.. haha thats a joke but let him know it was great in spanish as well! Sure is exciting that the house is filling back up! HOW FUN!! just like ol times eh.... But with girls.... sounds like a blast and let me get this straight like Mckenzie Powell? like the one I have a secret secret crush on still and that I still have hopes of marrying? haha Welp if shes living in my house shes gotta write me.. Right? let her know for me? thanks. Sure is exciting Mom and Dad get to go to the baby blessing. That sould be fun! I hope I get pictures! Well I love you all and sorry this is really short but the computer im on keeps losing power so i keep losing time haha oh well love you all and hope you all can feel my prayers cause I can sure feel all of yours. January 3, 2012: Family

Hola

Well Hello my family! How is everyone doing? I sure hope good! Im doing great! Weve been working hard down here! Its been pretty great! We will hopefully have 2 people ready for baptism at the end of this week! I really and hoping and praying! Keep on praying for us We can feel the prayers! I love you all so much! And your prayers help so much! I really feel blessing being poured out on me every single day! I love it! Being a missionary is awesome! Well Happy New Year!!!!!! Crazy that 2011 is over and now we are starting 2012! The end of the world!! OH NO!! haha Well its been real hot here in the coast! But gotta love it! Guess I gotta get used to it because i think ill be here til April.. I hope not but oh well!! David emailed me and his mom sent him boomarangs for Christmas and he said that he started a war in his Christmas party and he paid the price haha Ended up in a chilean hospital with a busted open eye. Get on my email if you want to see the picture its pretty funny! Thanks for the pictures dad! Looks like you all had some fun at the farm house for Christmas! Alex is B-E-A-UTIFUL!!!! She looks like her eyes are going to be lighter. ojos claros haha that awesome! I still think she looks like Molly Jane.. haha But she is quite the cutie.. Molly is as well! Well I love to see pictures so feel free to send them! haha Great stuff! Well I love this work and it doesnt get old! Its a new adventure everyday! My comp tells me how its just old and the same for him but I dont see it ever getting like that and It wont! He just has lost his mindset! Its okay cause we be working hard! Well I love you all and thanks for everything! Keep on being great! Oh yeah I also received Christmas cards from the Edgewood ward Christmas party! It was great we have a great ward! I also received some letters from our primary at the time of thanksgiving it was great! I gotta write the primary back! December 27, 2011: HOla

Well It was such a blast to talk to you all on Christmas! I hope you all had such a FANTASTIC Christmas! I love you all so much. Dont worry mom the phone call didnt make me homesick. It was a good talk but a little too short. I loved it though! Thanks for everything aswell. Good call on the tuna because thats all I have been eating lately. I found out thats a great meal for me at night tuna out of the can.. haha I love it! Everything is perfect! I think tonight Ima cook us some mashed patatoes with chicken and gravy so that will be good! Well This past week was great in the work of the Lord we found some great new investigators that will hopefully progress! I love to find new investigators. Those who search, find. Those who find, teach. Those who teach, Baptize! Gotta do all of the steps and the Lord will bless us! Well Im still eating tamales for lunch and dinner so Im still not over the tamale rage but thats okay I think I can do It! Just good be diligent in my tamale eating! haha At times I think im too nice and always say yes to seconds and fouths when I really want to say no! haha Well I love you all and hope you all are doing well! Have a Happy new year!!! 2012 here we come! End of the world!! WOW that came fast.... Well I love you all and love dads pedicure!! HAHA Well I love this work and I love the Lord. December 20, 2011: Hello

Merry Merry Christmas! WOW how time flies? I know right.. Well it will be a weird one without the Family! But HEY! no Big Deal! Ill just be here in Guatemala with my Guatemalan companion and families! Good ol Navidad you betcha! Well My companion gets more and more baggy every day. Baggy or Trunky or whatever you call it. Ask the boys Im sure they know the mission terms. Its been kind of rough for me not going to lie! But I love the Challenge. Love this work! We have goals as a mission to baptize 204 souls in January Mosiah 18:16 And right now we just had 3 baptismal dates fall! Its a little frustrating. But Its okay. We gotta just keep doing our best and the Lord will bless! Well I sure do love my family! I hope you all are doing wonderful! Thanks for the pictures Jake and Michelle! Britton looks like a baller in his jersey. Brynlee bear is GORGEOUS! Good work Team! My nieces and nephews are just angels and I wish I could just squeeze them all! I have a good story to tell about some of my letters that I received so remind me to tell you story about the letters in case I forget when we talk on the phone haha. Its great. Thanks for being the greatest family ever! I hope that you all know how much I love you! My testimony of this work and this gospel grows more and more each day! It can not be shaken either. Its been tried by some great Guatemalan preachers but even they dont stand a chance! haha Well Happy holidays to all and I sent some letters home so let me know if you get them! I sure hope so. But you never know with this mail service. WELP love you all and Pray for you all daily! oh yeah real quick. my comp and I were a part of a Families gift exchange we drew names and all that Jazz it was pretty great! I love that family. Family Gonzales is their name and this saturday we will be with them helping them cook tamales and all the Guatemalan food for Christmas so that will be fun. Saturday here is when they feast and we have like 5 feast invitations and so I will be really fat by sunday! haha LOVE YOU ALL!!!! HO HO HO n stufff!

December 13, 2011: YAY

YAY!!! New BABY GIRL!! Happy Birthday!! WOOO What a surprise! That is super great! She looks super cute and chubby! Love her already! What a Cutie.. I am proud to be an Uncle again haha WOWZERS... Cute little Brynlee.. Well that just made my week! I am so happy! Well I hope all is well with everyone! Jake and Michelle Congrats I hope she is wonderful and Britton be nice! haha 

 Well the mission is super great! I love it! Changes are on wednesday and Im staying with my companion of course. So it will be a great change with him. If I can get him to work a little harder! And I can! It will be great! I feel bad I meant to say Happy Anniversary two weeks ago to mom and dad but I forget things some times. Well for the Christmas call I can do it the 24th or the 25th and you can help me decide! I dont know which will be better... or when. But the day of my companion can call you and tell you when i will call.. or I can cause he doesnt speak english. So let me know next week and I will call the day of to confirm! I am super excited. I am going to ask president this week if I will be able to call Jake and Michelle and talk for atleast 10 minutes or something but we will see. I hope everyone is having a great Christmas season. Jake and Michelle already got their present and more so thats super great! I wanted to send a Christmas card and photo home but I live too far from the foto place so I was a little bummed but thats okay maybe next year.. haha It seems like people arent even getting my letters anyway. and Ive been told that people have sent me letters but I havent gotten them. So thats kind of sad. But oh well.

 There is a girl in my district that goes home this week. She is from Equador and her brother is serving in the same mission as Jeremiah so she is taking a letter for me to send to him through the package she is going to send to her brother. So that will be great! hopefully he gets it! Well I love this work and I love all of you! I hope the new baby is just wonderful she looks it already! Great to have pictures. Thanks for everything and I love you ALL!!
